Tasting Notes:
Lovely pale gold hue, clear and bright. Fresh and inviting with citrus fruit, mango and lychee aromas, balanced by light floral notes (lemongrass). The palate combines ripe fruit with a fresh, tangy acidity. Excellent balance.
The Vines:
The grapes of this wine are harvested with care, then sorted and pressed. After clarification, the grape juice is fermented at a constant temperature of 18-20º. The wine is then fined, filtered and bottled as soon as possible to ensure that it retains its youthful freshness.
