Neither you nor the Website owner shall be bound by any express or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website owner in respect of your use of the website.
Purchasing:
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. If you purchase products from Us through Our website, you warrant to us that:
- you are over the age of 18 years; and
- any person that you are obtaining the products for, or supply to, is over the age of 18 years.
Sales of alcohol products made through this website are made under Victorian Liquor Licence No. 36118356.
Payment Methods:
All orders will be invoiced in Australian $ Dollars at the current up-to-date conversion for your country's currency.
Payment methods are:
- Shopify pay or
- PayPal (PayPal attracts a 3% surcharge on all payments).
Delivery time frame:
Upon receipt of the payment confirmation, the orders will be processed.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered, however your order may arrive before the 5-7 day period if processed quicker.
If any additional delays arise, We will contact you and advise you of the problem/delay and allow you to backorder the product, or cancel the order.
Postage & Handling:
All orders will be delivered within Australia and New-Zealand, using Australia Registered Post, and a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
All items are packed safe and secure.
Email Subscribers:
On placing your order you can select to receive email marketing through Our website. At any stage you can unsubscribe by contacting Us through our "Contact Us" page. By subscribing to our email marketing, you acknowledge and agree We may email you special offers and suggested purchasing. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your permission.
Warranties and Returns:
Unless otherwise stated, We warranty that the products are free from manufacturing default and fit for purpose. If the products present some genuine manufacturing default, the products can be returned to Us for immediate refund if the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. A credit for the return will be returned to you on your nominated bank account. Postage and Handling charges are non refundable. Please contact our customer services to request the product return form. We also recommend that you use Registered Post to avoid the possibility of the returned items getting lost in transit.
