Tasting Notes:
Attractive salmon colour, limpid and bright, with slightly orangey highlights. Red berry aromas give way to ripe fruit flavours. Round and concentrated with a lovely balanced finish.
The Vines:
Harvested on reaching maximum maturity, the grapes are sorted and undergo a first fermentation at a strictly controlled temperature of 30˚. After pressing and fining by egg-white, the rosé wine is bottled during the winter following the harvest to preserve its fruitiness and freshness.
