Tasting Notes:
A rich deep ruby colour. On the nose, ripe blackcurrant fruit overlaid with fresh and minty notes. Appealing, full and well-rounded. Ready to drink now, and will also mature well.
The Vines:
Harvested on reaching maximum maturity, the grapes are sorted and undergo a first fermentation at a strictly controlled temperature of 30˚. After pressing and fining by egg-white, the red wine is left to mature for a year to eighteen months before bottling.
